Each year, we use the profits from our Packing Party product sales to fill and cover the shipping cost for Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes and this year we made 23!
Shoebox #18 is called Hank the Cowdog! and is for a 10-14 year old boy. Inside this shoebox gift are items based on the adventure of Hank the Cowdog and his sidekick Drover. In addition to his own toothbrush, comb, bar soap and washcloth, he will also find paper and a pencil case full of school supplies such as pencils, pens, crayons, colored pencils, eraser, sharpener, scissors and paper clips. Useful items include a plaid drawstring backpack, warm hat, fishing kit, tools and bandana. In the lid he will see a map of Hank the Cowdog’s ranch and a Christmas card from Hank is also inside! When it comes to toys, he will find a magnifying glass, mini football, Hank the Cowdog coloring pages, mini marbles, Tic Tac Toe, card game and yo-yo. Last of all, a small white dog like Drover and ‘Head of Ranch Security’ badge will surely bring a smile to his face!
