- Adhesive foam pieces for extra dimension
- Ink pads and brushes for shading
- Glitter
- Accents such as rhinestones, pearls, etc.
Important Notes:
*The colors and patterns of the pieces will vary from set to set based on paper availability.
*This set contains small pieces! Not intended for use by small children.
*Use ink pads and brushes to lightly shade the pieces in this set before assembling to give the finished design extra dimension.

Let’s Get Started!
Step 1:
For the plant, start by creasing each heart in half vertically so that it creates a 3-dimensional heart bloom. You can choose to fold it like a mountain to form a puffy-looking heart bloom, or you can fold it like a valley to form heart blooms that resemble butterfly wings.
Glue heart blooms at each tip of the green plant piece by placing a small dot of glue at the bottom point of the heart bloom. Press to adhere the bloom to the plant, but don’t flatten the heart bloom!

Step 2:
Place the “Be My Valentine” wording piece inside the wording outline piece, interlocking the delicate details of the two pieces together.
Glue the solid wording base piece to the back of the assembled wording outline pieces.

Step 3:
Glue the tiny wording filler pieces inside the empty spaces of the wording using the diagram pictured at the right.
Helpful tip: Use craft tweezers to make picking up and placing these small pieces a little bit easier!

Step 4:
Glue the assembled pieces to the front of your greeting card.

Voila! You’ve just assembled the Blooming Hearts paper accent. Add it to your handmade greeting card to create a truly one-of-a-kind item that is ready to be given or sent to friends and family.
