Not sure which product license you need? You’ve come to the right place! This page explains the Do’s and Don’ts for each product license type.

Personal Use License

Grants the buyer non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to use the product for their own personal purposes.

What is Allowed:

  • Personal Use

    You may use the product for unlimited personal use.

What is NOT Allowed:

  • No Reselling

    The product itself may not be resold in any form, either digital or printed.

  • No Redistributing in Digital Form

    The product may not be redistributed in its original digital form in any way.

  • No Creating Dirivative Works

    The product may not be modified or altered then resold or redistributed in printed or digital form as any other product or derivative work.

  • No Claiming Design as Your Own

    Purchase does not transfer the copyright to you. MadeCreatively retains all rights, license, copyright, title and ownership of the design. No part of the product or design can be claimed as your own.

  • No Reflecting Poorly on the Brand

    You may not use the product or its design in any way that would reflect poorly on MadeCreatively’s brand.

Limited Commercial Use License

Grants the buyer non-exclusive, non-transferable limited permission to make up to 500 physical units of the product to give away for FREE.

Prices vary by product.

What is Allowed:

  • Personal Use

    You may use the product for unlimited personal use.

  • Limited Commercial Use

    You may use the product for limited commercial use as follows:

  • Print Up to 500 Copies

    You may print the design to create products to give away in-person for FREE in quantities up to 500. For quantities larger than 500 or to discuss a license for re-sale, please contact us.

  • Provide Credit

    When giving away the printed version of the product, please give credit to MadeCreatively for the design (i.e. "Designed by MadeCreatively" or something similar).

What is NOT Allowed:

  • No Reselling

Grants the buyer non-exclusive, non-transferable limited permission to make a limited number of physical units of the product to re-sell.

    You may use the product for limited commercial or re-sale use as follows:
