Duck Dynasty 500 at Texas Motor Speedway

Met Reed Robertson, Jase, Si, Godwin and Martin (all you can see is his hat) signing autographs at the Duck Commander 500 at Texas Motor Speedway today! We volunteered at an information table for Operation Christmas Child at the raceway. On a break, we met the Robertsons and asked Uncle Si to sign our Operation Christmas Child shirt!

Our First Shoebox Letter!

In our mailbox today was a small white envelope. As soon as we saw Guyana in the return address, we knew this was our very first letter from an Operation Christmas Child shoebox recipient! Carefully opening the envelope, we pulled out a folded piece of notebook paper with a small boy’s handwriting on it. His one letter brought us as much joy as I’m sure our shoebox gave to him!
